W.P.C. is a composite material, composed from natural wood fiber and plastic polymer (PVC, PP, HDPE). Wood fiber or other natural fibers are mixed with virgin or recycled plastic powder and molded or extruded to a profile. The material tends to be primarily used as decking profile. Additives, colourants, reinforcing agents and lubricants are added to achieve a higher level of specifications for the intended product.

Beside these standard colours we can match your shade; keeping in mind the possibilities in means of weather performance.

We also want to mention that we have a high perfomance black range.

Especially black is not easy in use, since it has an impact on the rheology characteristics of the melt during extrusion.

With Plasblak® UN 2010 for example we can guarantee a smooth production and high tinting black.

And last but not least with our Vibatan® WPC Protector your WPC profile is protected against weathering during its lifetime.
